Suggest a Product to One Specific Customer

Overview

To make a specific item easier for a particular customer to find, you can add it to a customer-specific product recommendation display, called Recommended for You.

Follow these steps to set up your product recommendation.

Suggest a product to one specific customer

1. Select Customers from the navigation menu.
   

2. Find and select the customer you want to broadcast to.

   Tip:  You can search by Salesperson, use the customer filters, or start typing into the search box.

    

   

3. Select the Boost tab.
   
4. Under Product Recommendations, select the +Add Item link.
   
5. Use the search field to find your item, then select Add.
   
6. If needed, select the X icon by a recommendation to remove it.
   

Result

The selected customer customer will see your recommended items in a carousel display on their check-out page.
