Subject Matter Expert (SME) tags let you label team members by their area of expertise so when we have a question or want to get product development feedback about pricing, a catalog update, or wants to reach the right person about a logistics issue, we know exactly who to contact.
Tags are chosen from a fixed set of six labels. They're informational only and don't affect what anyone can access or do in the portal.
The Six SME Tags
- Accounts Receivable
- Catalog
