Where can I find my previous support tickets?

Hi Chris! If you're referring to older support tickets submitted by your company while we were on our old platform, don't worry! Reach out to support and ask for an update on any past request, or request a summary of previous tickets you submitted and our support team will be happy to put something together for you.

Thank you- when I asked the support team for the previous tickets, they are asking for specifics on what tickets I am referring to. It would be much easier to reference if I was able to see the support tickets.
Also, I no longer have the reference numbers for the feature requests. All open and closed support tickets are now lost.

I just emailed you privately with data related to your tickets with us. As I mentioned in my email, we're transitioning to a newer (and better) support platform, so you literally just caught us in the middle of porting over everything. Please kindly give us a couple weeks and your patience, and we will port over the data so you have access to it. Again, let our support team know how they can help you and they'll be happy to accommodate.0 -
