Access and Complete a Route

Overview

Track+ Driver allows drivers to review their complete delivery schedule before starting their route. The preview shows stop locations, customer details, and delivery windows to help drivers prepare for efficient delivery execution.

Starting the route activates real-time GPS tracking and automatically sends delivery notifications to customers while providing dispatch teams full visibility into route progress.

Follow these steps to preview and start your assigned route.

Access and start your route

1. Tap the dispatch link sent via SMS during route dispatch or enter the 6-digit access code in the app.

2. The pre-route view will appear. 

Critical information about your route will automatically appear on the screen, including the expected route start date, the planned start time, the number of stops along the way, and the expected route mileage.

3. Swipe downward on the route name to expand the map.

4. When done, tap the bar at the bottom or click the return arrow to view the route overview.

5. Click Start Route when ready to start. At this point, we assume the truck is loaded, and you're prepared to start delivering to your customers. 

6. Click Begin to confirm. This will notify customers that orders are on the way.
