Get In-App Support with Julienne
Looking for a quick answer to something? Just ask Julienne, our friendly and knowledgable AI. Think of Julienne as your go-to "let me Google that for you" Googler. Instead of trying to search in vain for that one help article that hopefully captures the answers to all your questions, let Julienne crawl all our articles for you, piece them together and summarize the perfect answer. Don't worry, she'll still give you a link to the article if you want to read it.
She is also more than happy to guide you to our human support, if you just want to get to us directly (she won't take it personally). She made it easy for you: just click "Talk to a human" and she'll take you right to the form for you to submit a support ticket to us.

Do you prefer the old ways? We still got you.
Our knowledge base is still totally available. To get there, simply go to cutdry.zendesk.com. Search for your articles here. You can even submit a support request in the top right corner, or, if you've already submitted a request to us before, easily sign up or sign in to the Zendesk Support portal created for you. As a bonus, we even added a community forum where you can post a question or join a discussion we're having
