If you've recently sent us a support ticket, chances are we sent you a link via your validated email address. This is where you can make sure to sign up and sign into our ticket portal, which is managed and powered by Zendesk. This is where you can view any tickets you've submitted through the platform, including solved ones. To reach this page, visit https://cutdry.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests
How to See Requests After Signing In
Select you Name in the top-right corner of the page, then select Requests. This will take you right to the page to see your tickets:
From here, you can view the following tickets:
- My Requests: these are support tickets you submitted to us.
- Requests I am CC'ed on: Someone else submitted the support tickets but you're copied on it.
- Organizational requests: these are support tickets submitted for your company (organization). Note: if you are not seeing this option, send us a ticket to update this for you!
View the Ticket's Details
Simple! Click the ticket you want to view. The page will then display all the details and the entire conversation on the support ticket.
